Footings & foundations
Foundation slabs, footings, pad-and-strip foundations. Concrete to spec, poured to tolerance, cured under controlled conditions.
Drainage & sewers
Surface and foul drainage, attenuation, pumping stations, services trenching. Sized for the catchment, signed off to spec.
Services installations
Ducted services, IT and security infrastructure runs on secure-site programmes. Installed under continuous vetting where required.
Roads, kerbs, highway-grade.
External works delivered with our own team and own plant. From single access lanes to multi-acre packages, finished to highway-grade specification.
Roads & footpaths
Sub-base, base course, surface course. Compaction tested, finishes laid to highway-grade tolerances.
Car parks & external works
Multi-acre external-works packages. Bays marked, drainage tied in, line-painting to clients spec.
Kerbs & surfacing
Kerb-laying, edgings and channels. Tarmac, block paving, resin-bound finishes.
Owned plant, own operators.
Excavators, dumpers and telehandlers from 1-tonne micros to 5.6-tonne loadalls, operated by our own CPCS-trained crews.
